I
graduated in Law at the University of Padua, presenting a thesis in Labor Law entitled “Aspects of Labor Law in the Legal Regime of Civil Unions”.
I have mainly trained in Criminal Law, particularly in offenses against property and persons, as well as Corporate Criminal Law (corporate and bankruptcy crimes).
I obtained a Master’s degree on Legislative Decree 231/2001, providing a solid background on organizational and management models (MOG), and completed training in personal data protection and privacy, acquiring expertise in GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016).
I also attended the “Technical and Deontological Training Course for Criminal Lawyers” for defense in criminal proceedings, organized by the Criminal Chamber of Padua, and I am listed among lawyers authorized for state-funded legal aid.
